I can sum it up in one word; genuine. A lot of companies and individuals join social network sites and try to convey a “marketing” image or a fake corporate cheerleader role and that’s exactly how it comes across to most people. I don’t know you personally, but if I had to hazard a guess, I would say thats because you are also a very genuine person in every day life.

Now to the fun part, have you negotiated yet for that promotion once you hit 10,000 follows in a couple of weeks?
